Grainer is software, delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

1. The software

You download the Windows installer from our download page at any time, including before you buy.

2. Your licence key

• Paid online (Razorpay): your licence key is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within minutes.
• Paid by bank transfer: your licence key is issued once the money reaches our account and we match it, usually within one business day.

The key is emailed to the address on your order and is always available in your account on this website. Enter it in Grainer under Account → License.

3. If your key hasn't arrived

Check your spam folder and your account page first. If it isn't there, contact us with your order reference and we will resend it.
