These terms cover the Grainer software and this website, provided by Bonzer Dynamic Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By installing Grainer, starting a trial, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The software

Grainer is desktop software for Windows that measures and grades rice samples from flatbed scans and produces quality analysis reports. Results depend on correct calibration, scanning and sample preparation; you remain responsible for how you use them in your business decisions and with your buyers.

2. Free trial

Each new workstation can use a 7-day free trial with every feature. One trial is allowed per workstation, company and email address. The trial ends on its own; you are never charged automatically.

3. Licences

• A licence is per workstation (computer), not per person. A licence for a number of workstations can be activated on that many computers.
• Annual licence: valid for one year, with every update and upgrade released in that time. You can renew for ₹5,000 per workstation per year (plus GST); renewing adds a year from your current expiry date. The renewal price is available until 30 days after expiry; after that, a new licence is needed.
• One-time licence: no expiry for the version you buy, with bug fixes and minor updates for that version. New features and major upgrades are not included.
• We email renewal reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before an annual licence expires. Licences are never charged automatically.
• Grainer checks your licence with our server from time to time, which needs an internet connection.

4. Your use of the licence

You may not share, resell or transfer licence keys outside your business, use one key on more workstations than it covers, or reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licence checks. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is misused, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees per workstation and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate (18% today) and shown before you pay. You can pay online through Razorpay or by bank transfer. A licence is issued once payment is confirmed; see our Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your data

Scans, measurements and reports stay on your workstation. What we collect to run your trial, account and licence is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty and liability

We work to keep Grainer accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without any guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business decisions based on results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence concerned in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect licences you have already paid for during their current term.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
