This policy explains what personal data Bonzer Dynamic Private Limited collects through the Grainer software and this website, why, and your choices. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• When you register the desktop app: your email address and company name, an optional dealer code, and technical details of the workstation — a machine identifier, the app version, operating system and processor type. We email a one-time code to confirm your address.
• When Grainer checks your licence: the machine identifier and licence key.
• When you use this website: your company name, email address and a hashed password (never the password itself); billing state and GSTIN for tax invoices; an optional mobile number for payment questions; and your orders, including payment references such as a bank UTR or Razorpay payment ID.
• Server logs: IP addresses and request details, kept for security and to prevent abuse.

Your scans, images, measurements and reports stay on your workstation. They are not uploaded to us.

2. Why we use it

To run your trial and licences, process orders and payments, issue tax invoices, send the emails you need (verification codes, licence keys, renewal reminders), give support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, for online payments. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout — we never see or store your card details.
• Our email delivery provider, to send emails to you.
• Our cloud hosting provider, which runs our servers in India.
• Government or tax authorities where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

This website uses one cookie, to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account, licence and order records while your account or licence is active, and longer where tax and accounting laws require (generally up to eight years for invoices and payments). Server logs are kept for a limited period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. Deleting your account may end licence access, and some records must be kept for legal reasons. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to our systems is restricted.
