Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Grainer plan can be tried in full first, with a 7-day free trial on your own samples. Because of that, licences are non-refundable once issued.

1. Before the licence key is issued

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before the licence key is issued. If you have already paid by then, we refund the full amount.

2. After the licence key is issued

There is no refund once the licence key has been issued, for annual and one-time licences alike. Annual licences are never renewed automatically, so you are only charged for a new year if you choose to renew.

3. When we always refund

• A duplicate payment for the same order.
• A payment we received but could not apply, for example an order that was already cancelled.
• A payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil.

4. How to ask, and timing

Contact us with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — through Razorpay for online payments, or to the paying bank account for bank transfers — usually within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
